The Muchin College Prep Mountain Lions will head out on the road to face off against the Baker Bobcats at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Muchin College Prep is hoping to put an end to a seven-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
On Monday, everything went Muchin College Prep's way against Rauner as Muchin College Prep made off with a 37-13 victory. The victory was just what Muchin College Prep needed coming off of a 46-14 loss in their prior contest.
Meanwhile, Baker was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Monday as they fell 39-34 to Noble Street College Prep. Baker has struggled against Noble Street College Prep recently, as their contest on Monday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Serenity Curry put forth a good effort for the losing side as she dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. The matchup was Curry's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Destiny Davis, who scored ten points.
Muchin College Prep's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Baker, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
