Louis E. Dieruff was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight  loss. They fell just short of the William Allen Canaries by a score of  3-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Louis E. Dieruff of the  12-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in April.
  Frawvely Peralta put in work while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  tossed 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   five  hits. Peralta has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in six consecutive pitching appearances. Peralta was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

 On William Allen's side,  Daifer Moreta tossed a big game,   striking out seven batters over  five innings while giving up just two earned runs off   five  hits.
 At the plate,  Trevor Golden was  excellent,  going 3-for-4 with two  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Durell Holden, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 Louis E. Dieruff's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for William Allen, their victory bumped their record up to 7-13.
 Louis E. Dieruff will be playing at home against Freedom at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. William Allen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
