Thunderbird (Phoenix, Ariz.) defeated Central (Phoenix, Ariz.) 69-10 while riding the arm of
Jake Glatting, who tossed four touchdown passes.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by
Darren Dorsey in the first quarter, the Chiefs were up 42-10 at the half.
Thunderbird expanded its lead to 46 points entering the fourth quarter. THS scored two times in the third, including once on a Dorsey touchdown run.
Even though the Chiefs led by 46 points at the start of the fourth quarter, they didn't let up, scoring 13 in the quarter.
Central's lone touchdown came on a 69-yard pass from undefined to Mike Gibson in the first quarter.
Thunderbird came in allowing an average of 21.4 points per game this season.
