Blake Vinson Tops All Others This Week
Starting off the list is El Dorado's Blake Vinson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Vinson picked up 27 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Troy Foster Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Huntington Beach got the W thanks in part to Troy Foster playing the best football he has all season. Foster's receiving production has been exceptional as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 112 receiving yards. He really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 83 yards.
For the year, Foster has caught 12 touchdowns while averaging 134.5 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he was only averaging 48 receiving yards per game.

Brady Edmunds' Big Game Leads Huntington Beach over Foothill
Brady Edmunds put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August on Friday. He threw for 414 yards and five touchdowns, and also rushed for 35 yards and a touchdown. He is becoming a predictor of Huntington Beach's success: when he posts at least three passing touchdowns the team is 4-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).
This season, Edmunds has thrown 24 touchdowns while averaging 294.9 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had two rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to seven.

La Habra picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Kevika Martinez. Martinez produced his best game of the campaign : he picked up a sack, forced a fumble, and made three total tackles (3.0 for loss).
La Habra pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Martinez and La Habra will head out to square off against Laguna Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
