This season hasn't been kind to the ITW David Speer Academy Pride, who are still winless after their sixth game. They took a 32-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Muchin College Prep on Wednesday. ITW David Speer Academy lost against Muchin College Prep in their previous head to head back in February of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 71-22 score last time.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Muchin College Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jalen McIntyre , who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Richard Blancas, who scored five points.
ITW David Speer Academy bumped their record down to 0-6 with that defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Muchin College Prep, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.
ITW David Speer Academy will head out on the road to face off against UIC College Prep at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. Muchin College Prep will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Urban Prep-Bronzeville at 1:00 p.m. on December 27th.
