After flying high against Evansville Bosse  last Friday, Evansville Harrison came back down to earth. The Evansville Harrison Warriors took  a  10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central Noble Cougars in their first game  on Saturday.
  Jordan Mackey made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-2 with a  home run, two  runs,  and a  stolen base.
 On Central Noble's side,  Grace Swank was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  struck out 12 batters over  six innings while giving up  three earned  (and three unearned) runs off only  two  hits. Swank has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  pitched less than six  innings in three consecutive pitching appearances. Swank was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Nevaeh Schoup was  excellent,  going 3-for-4 with three  RBI and a  double. Another player making a difference was  Avery Deter, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-3.
 Having lost for the first time this season, Evansville Harrison  fell to 2-1. As for Central Noble,  the  victory  made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 4-2.
 Evansville Harrison didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  match,  a  10-7  loss vs. Wapahani on the 13th. Central Noble has also already played their next game,  a  4-3  defeat against Princeton on the 13th.
