While Maysville's victory against St. Joseph Christian wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wolverines won by a run and slipped past the Lions 7-6. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wolverines also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Maysville has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.4 runs over those games. As for St. Joseph Christian, they moved to 13-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maysville will head out to square off against Polo at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Joseph Christian, they will take on DeKalb at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
