Notre Dame won the last time they faced Tygarts Valley and things went their way on Thursday too. The Fighting Irish walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bulldogs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Fighting Irish.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Notre Dame took both sets by at least 17 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-6.

Notre Dame's record is now 8-15. As for Tygarts Valley, their defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-10.

Coincidentally, Notre Dame and Tygarts Valley will both be playing Trinity Christian the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will host the Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Fighting Irish will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
