The Bob Hope Eagles waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with three straight wins but they left with four. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 37-36 victory over Harmony School of Innovation.
Leading Bob Hope to victory were Daniel Canales and Alijah Airiavbere. Canales dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Airiavbere dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Juan Tovar, who scored two points along with two steals.
Bob Hope has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. As for Harmony School of Innovation, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.
