On Sunday, Goose Creek escaped with a win against Woodmont by the margin of a single free throw, 49-48.
Goose Creek got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Demi Gray out in front who scored 12 points along with 3 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabby Curtis, who scored 12 points.
Goose Creek now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Woodmont, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
Goose Creek will be playing in front of their home fans against West Ashley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Woodmont is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Riverside at 6:00 p.m. on November 28th.
