Wednesday, Nov. 10 marked National Signing Day. By the end of the week, roughly 15 basketball prospects will be left available in the 247Sports Top150 Rankings. The members of the 2022 class sped their timelines up more than any class we have seen in recent memory. Due to the transfer portal and the COVID shutdowns, recruiting fatigue and even fear of losing a spot to an older transfer rattled the class.
Given the lack of available players out there right now, college programs are already planning ahead for the transfer portal and the season only started Tuesday. While there will be less than 15 prospects available by the end of the week, 10 of them are ranked in the Top 100.
These are the 10 best available prospects to watch and the latest on their recruitments.

Traore is the top available prospect in the 2022 class, being the lone prospect available inside the top 10. The 6-foot-10, 210-pound power forward is down to 10 finalists and has taken official visits to Kansas, Memphis, Michigan and Texas Tech. The buzz swirls around Memphis and the pro pathways.
It is not a forgone conclusion that he is only considering Memphis and the pro route but according to sources those are considered the two leaders as we head into the winter months.
While he has taken visits and buzz is swirling around two possible outcomes, Traore is not expected to make a decision until late winter or in the spring.
