Liberty Christian's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Jakeem Bradford, who posted 26 points in addition to eight steals and five assists, and Ian Sterrett, who had 18 points and six steals. Bradford is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 33 games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Khai James, who put up four points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Meanwhile, Greenville Christian Academy entered their tilt with Bethel Christian Academy on Friday with four consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with five. They took down the Trojans 56-42.
Liberty Christian better keep an eye on Matthew Dove. He was instrumental in Greenville Christian Academy's win, putting up 16 points and five steals. The dominant performance gave Dove a new career-high in steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Dial, who earned ten points and five boards.
Greenville Christian Academy pushed their record up to 21-11 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
