It was a good run, but Beyer unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Livingston Wolves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in March.

Brett Bird paced Beyer's offense, picking up 17 kills. Bird got some help from Jordan Sao Rodriguez and his 17 assists. Finally, Bird was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.
Livingston can attribute much of their success to Gurmukh Gill, who had 19 assists. That's the most assists Gill has posted since back in March. Kael Garibay also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.
