Berrien has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge the Worth County Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Berrien suffered their biggest loss since December 1, 2023 on Tuesday. They were dealt a 63-36 defeat at the hands of Dodge County. Berrien has not had much luck with Dodge County recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 67-30, which was the final score in Worth County's tilt against Sumter County on Tuesday. Worth County was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-16.
Berrien's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Worth County, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
Berrien took their victory against Worth County when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a conclusive 56-31. Does Berrien have another victory up their sleeve, or will Worth County turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
