The New Bloomfield Wildcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They blew past Community 70-41 on the road. With that win, New Bloomfield brought their scoring average up to 50.8 points per game.
Leading New Bloomfield to victory were Nathan Fuhriman and Jacob Fuhriman. Fuhriman scored 21 points along with six rebounds, while Fuhriman scored 18 points along with six assists and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Fouch, who scored four points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
New Bloomfield's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Community, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. New Bloomfield will square off against Sturgeon at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Sturgeon is out to stop a five-game streak of losses at home. As for Community, they will head out on the road to take on Madison at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
