Columbus Crusaders' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aiden Toombs, who threw for 150 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 passes. Jericho Etok was another key contributor, rushing for 96 yards and a touchdown.
Osceola Grace E's win was their 11th straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 8-2. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-8 Phalen Leadership Academy and 0-10 Hammond Bishop Noll (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 28.4% over those games). As for Columbus Crusaders, their victory bumped their record up to 9-1.
