The Ridley Raiders will face off against the Interboro Buccaneers at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.
If Ridley beats Interboro with 12 runs on Thursday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two games with that exact score. The Raiders never let Lower Merion get on the board and left with a 12-0 win on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Aces: they've now won six in a row.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Interboro). They put the hurt on Upper Darby with a sharp 18-5 win on Friday.
Teagan Ladigoski made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in May of 2025. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Madison Sharkey was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with six RBI, three runs, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Kate Raspa, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI and two runs.
Interboro hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters in three consecutive contests.
Ridley's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Interboro, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.
Ridley couldn't quite finish off Interboro in their previous matchup back in May of 2025 and fell 3-1. Will the Raiders have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other softball content.
