On Friday Hoosic Valley will take on Watervliet at 7:00 PM. Watervliet will need to watch out since Hoosic Valley have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.
Hoosic Valley put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season last Friday. They steamrollered Rensselaer 50-12. Hoosic Valley were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Watervliet, and their contest last Saturday only extended their streak of losses to four. They took a serious blow against Cairo-Durham, falling 0-38.
Hoosic Valley's victory lifted them to 4-3 while Watervliet's defeat dropped them down to 2-5. We'll see if Hoosic Valley's success rolls on or if Watervliet are able to steal their positive momentum.
