The Norman North Timberwolves made easy work of the Community Christian Royals on Friday and carried off a 9-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Timberwolves, who have now won 11 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Norman North and bumps their season record up to 14-18. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Community Christian, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Norman North will square off against Eisenhower at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Community Christian, they will head out to take on Christian Heritage at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
