Max Gallagher had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 110 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made seven total tackles. Logan Skibinski was another key rusher, rushing for 33 yards and a pair of TDs.

Meanwhile, Kane didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Smethport on Saturday, but they still walked away with a 28-22 victory.
Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley better focus on containing Evan Anderson and Eric Novosel as the pair were huge in Kane's win. Anderson gained 259 total yards and two touchdowns, while Novosel rushed for 77 yards and one score. What's more, Novosel racked up 200 passing yards, the most he's had since back in October of 2024.
Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Kane, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.
Friday's contest might be decided on the ground. Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 201.2 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Kane struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 236.7 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.
