The King Crusaders are taking a road trip to challenge the Southfield Arts & Tech Warriors at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in King's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last ten matchups.
King's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They blew past Cody 16-0. The result was nothing new for the Crusaders, who have now won 15 games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Kimora Williams was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two runs. Those two hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Tae'Iona Hill, who went 1-for-3 with two runs.
Meanwhile, Southfield Arts & Tech didn't have quite enough to beat Western International on Saturday and fell 8-6.
Trinity Hester, 2028 made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. She has been hot for a while, having posted at least one stolen base the last nine times she's played. Hazeah Baker, 2028 also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.
King's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.5 runs over those games. As for Southfield Arts & Tech, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-12 record this season.
Tuesday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. King has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .501. However, it's not like Southfield Arts & Tech struggles in that department as they've averaged .604. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
King took their victory against Southfield Arts & Tech in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 17-9 score. Will the Crusaders repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
