Rehoboth Christian is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Navajo Prep is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Lynx will host the Eagles at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rehoboth Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.3 runs per game this season.

She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Megan Livingston was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 3-for-4. She also put up a double, which was her first of the season. Shayla Mark was another key player, scoring a run while going 3-for-4.
Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Navajo Prep challenged Northwest on Friday. The Eagles put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 29-2 victory. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by six runs or more this season.
Like Rehoboth Christian, Navajo Prep also got a great game from a two-way player: Miley Barber. She pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Barber was even better at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
In other batting news, Shamaya Allen was a standout: she scored four runs and stole five bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Those five stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Amia Salazar, who scored three runs and stole four bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
Navajo Prep was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .571. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .421 or higher in four consecutive contests.

Navajo Prep's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Rehoboth Christian has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 11.2 hits per game. It's a different story for Navajo Prep, though, as they've been averaging 9.4 hits. Given Rehoboth Christian's sizable advantage in that area, the Eagles will need to find a way to close that gap.
Rehoboth Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against Navajo Prep in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, sneaking past 22-20. Will the Lynx repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
