Douglas County West's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Trey Olsen led the charge by throwing for 142 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Ashton Harlow handled things on the ground, rushing for 82 yards.

Douglas County West didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Concordia to a completion percentage of just 47.6%. The Falcon weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 58.8%.

Douglas County West's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Concordia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-2.
