Northside's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Erianna Gooden, who scored 12 points along with seven assists and five rebounds. Gooden has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Hazley Grotjohn, who scored 12 points.
Bentonville West has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season. As for Northside, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 18-3.
