Winona got themselves on the board against Austin on Tuesday, but Austin never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Packers with a sharp 9-0 win. The Winhawks haven't had any issues with the Packers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Winona's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Austin, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Winona will square off against Faribault at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Falcons have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.14 runs per game on average), something the Winhawks will no doubt try to take advantage of.
