St. Michael's Prep have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on Calvary Baptist at 3:15 PM. If the contest is anything like the 48-38 finish from the last time they met, the scorekeeper will be kept real busy.
While not quite a landslide, the game between St. Michael's Prep and St. Joseph Academy two weeks ago was still a pretty decisive one as St. Michael's Prep wrapped it up with a 46-26 win.
Meanwhile, everything went Calvary Baptist's way against Lone Pine last week as they made off with a 36-12 victory.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 1-0. Given their high-scoring efforts against their previous opponents, it will be interesting to see how far up they can run the score.
