Two dominant guards in Kashmier Wise and Jahsir Robertson are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Seaford Bluejays will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Glasgow Dragons at 5:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Seaford beat Woodbridge 69-65.
Meanwhile, Glasgow put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season on Wednesday. They blew past Hodgson Vo-Tech 64-33 at home. The victory was familiar territory for Glasgow who now have three in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Glasgow to victory, but perhaps none more so than Robertson, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Karon Jones, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Seaford pushed their record up to 14-1 with that win, which was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.2 points per game. As for Glasgow, their win bumped their record up to 10-6.
Seaford came up short against Glasgow in their previous matchup back in December of 2017, falling 57-49. Will Seaford have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
