It was a good run, but Rosamond unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 18-10 to the Kern Valley Broncs. The Roadrunners were not able to make up for their defeat to the Broncs from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.
Lily Reeder made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Castro, who scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
Rosamond's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Kern Valley, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-4.
