In what's become a running theme this season, the Williams Field Black Hawks gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand Casa Grande a 7-0 shutout. The high-scoring effort was just what Williams Field needed considering they were shutout in their previous zero match.
Their offense was hitting Casa Grande from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal.
Williams Field's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Casa Grande, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6-1.
Williams Field will be playing at home against Horizon at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Horizon's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for seven straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. Casa Grande does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
