On Friday, The Osceola Warriors got themselves on the board against the DeSoto County Bulldogs, but the DeSoto County Bulldogs never followed suit. They really took it to the Bulldogs for the full four quarters, racking up a  42-0 win at home. The result was nothing new for Osceola, who have now won three matchups by 28  points or more  so far this season.
 Osceola's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Nate Gooden, who rushed for 77 yards and  a touchdown. The team also got some help courtesy of  Nathan Carter, who rushed for 71 yards and  a touchdown on only eight carries.
 Osceola is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four games,  which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season. As for DeSoto County, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
 Osceola will be playing in front of their home fans against Largo at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Largo will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak. DeSoto County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
