If Portland was riding high fresh off their 54-34 takedown of Hamady last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Portland Raiders took a hard 41-27 fall against the Frankenmuth Eagles on Wednesday. The Raiders' loss signaled the end of their 11-game winning streak.

Frankenmuth's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Clare Conzelmann led the charge by putting up 13 points in addition to five boards and three steals. Another player making a difference was Macy Donovan, who posted 11 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.

Portland's defeat dropped their record down to 22-4. As for Frankenmuth, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-4.
