Anders Made His Presence Known in Golden West's 23-7 Victory
Case Anders was instrumental in extending Golden West's winning streak to seven on Friday. Redwood had no answer to Anders as he rushed for 137 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 55 receiving yards. Anders is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played.
If history really does repeat itself, Anders might just drop another big game when he faces off against Monache on Friday. Anders rushed for 223 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.0 yards per carry the last time he and the Marauders duked it out back in September of 2023.

Baxter Posts Huge Game in 24-7 Victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Ty Baxter stepped things up a notch to give Monache the 'W'. Baxter was dynamite, rushing for 102 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries.
Baxter might have his next game, a road matchup with Golden West, circled on his calendar. Baxter rushed for 78 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 70 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Trailblazers duked it out back in September of 2023.

Jonathan Ruiz Delivers Best Effort of Season
On Friday, Porterville got the W thanks in part to Jonathan Ruiz playing the best football he has all season. Ruiz picked up 79 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
For the season, Ruiz has caught 6 touchdowns while averaging 61.6 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he had one receiving touchdown.
