The Jamestown Muskies will be playing in front of their home fans against the Conneaut Area Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
Jamestown's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by General McLane 70-35.
Gage Planavsky put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Ternent, who scored six points.
Meanwhile, everything went Conneaut Area's way against Union City on Friday as Conneaut Area made off with a 67-42 victory. The victory was just what Conneaut Area needed coming off of a 58-36 defeat in their prior match.
Jamestown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Conneaut Area, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Jamestown strolled past Conneaut Area in their previous meeting back in December of 2022 by a score of 67-51. Does Jamestown have another victory up their sleeve, or will Conneaut Area turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
