The Oak Hall Eagles will square off against the Chiefland Indians at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Oak Hall is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.2 runs per game this season.

Meanwhile, Chiefland got themselves on the board against P.K. Yonge on Tuesday, but P.K. Yonge never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Blue Wave. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Blue Wave recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Chiefland let Luke Watkins and Trey Meeks run wild. Watkins scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2, while Meeks scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. That's the most hits Watkins has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Jolan Doty, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

Chiefland always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .611. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Oak Hall's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Chiefland, the win got them back to even at 9-9.
