Beaverton took  a  22-point  defeat the last time they faced off against Westview, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Beavers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  34-31  win over the Wildcats  on Friday. Beaverton's record now sits at 5-2. As for Westview, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record  this season.
