The Fort Campbell Falcons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They really took it to Heritage Christian Academy for the full four quarters, racking up a 53-17 victory at home. The win was a breath of fresh air for Fort Campbell as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
It was another big night for Rosella Rajj, who scored 25 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Madison Newingham, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Fort Campbell's victory bumped their record up to 2-9. As for Heritage Christian Academy, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-7.
Fort Campbell will be playing at home against Northeast at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Northeast focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 last Friday. Heritage Christian Academy will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Christian Fellowship at 5:00 p.m. on January 26th.
