D2 District 3 (8 Man) recap October 29, 2013
Adding to the longest winning streak in D2 District 3 (8 Man) this week, St. Francis beat Bancroft-Rosalie 34-14. The victory was the seventh in a row for the team.
Scribner-Snyder took down Humphrey 34-12 last week, the largest margin of any game. Bruce Schulenberg ran for 125 yards during the win.
Robby Heesacker was a force in the backfield as the Bulldogs fell to the Trojans.
Heesacker was a passing and rushing force as Humphrey fell to Scribner-Snyder.
Heesacker was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 212 yards on 52 carries as Corey Uldrich's team topped Corey Uldrich's team. Teammate Dylan Veik added to the ground attack by rushing for 20 yards.
In 89 carries Brayden Frauendorfer has accumulated 972 yard this year.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when St. Francis takes on the Panthers. At the moment, Eric Kessler's team is in first, while Bancroft-Rosalie is in fifth.
The Flyers led D2 District 3 (8 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 34 points on Jon Cerny's team.
