Baseball Recap: Ware Extends Winning Streak to Three

While Ware's win against Palmer wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Indians sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Panthers on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Kyle Kaczuwka was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles and one run.

Ware's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Palmer, they moved to 8-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ware will take on Ellington at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Knights have averaged an impressive 10.7 runs per game this season. As for Palmer, they will venture away from home to take on St. Mary at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
