Meanwhile, Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against Cumberland, falling 57-27.
Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond will have to keep a close watch on Haylee Buckler and Lainey Ehlers, a pair of players who had a big impact on Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland]'s prior game. Buckler scored ten points, while Ehlers had two points.
Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland]'s defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-14.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 33 boards per game.
