Schwoob Came Up Big in Del Mar's 34-20 Loss
Starting off the list is Del Mar's Jake Schwoob, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Schwoob rushed for 91 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 54 receiving yards. He didn't just play on offense: he also forced a fumble, made ten total tackles, and defended a pass in addition to snagging an interception.

Unfortunately for Silver Creek, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Pallach. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Pallach saw the Raiders), he threw for 250 yards and three touchdowns.

Thomas Fries posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Thursday. He rushed for 52 yards on only six carries.
The victory got Pioneer back to even at 4-4. Fries and Pioneer will stay at home for another week and welcome Overfelt at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
