On Friday, Wheatland earned a 56-48 victory over Lingle-Fort Laramie. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Wheatland.
Lingle-Fort Laramie's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Brady Cook, who scored 13 points along with 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Arnusch, who scored 17 points.
Wheatland's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Lingle-Fort Laramie, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Wheatland's road trip will continue as they head out to face Big Horn at 8:30 p.m. on December 8th. As for Lingle-Fort Laramie, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Moorcroft at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
