Sci Academy will take on Cohen at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. Sci Academy come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
Things haven't been easy for Sci Academy, and their contest last Friday only extended their streak of losses to three. They have to be aching after a bruising 6-38 loss to Wright last Friday. A silver lining for Sci Academy was the play of senior Shane Minor, who rushed for 101 yards and 1 touchdown.
Meanwhile, Cohen got themselves on the board against Benjamin Franklin, but Benjamin Franklin never followed suit. Cohen were fully in charge, breezing past Benjamin Franklin 52-0. Cohen were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Cohen's win lifted them to 3-3 while Sci Academy's defeat dropped them down to 1-5. We'll see if Cohen's success rolls on or if Sci Academy are able to steal their positive momentum.
