The Georgia School for Innovation & Classics Patriots will face off against the Providence Athletic Club Panthers at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. Georgia School for Innovation & Classics will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
Georgia School for Innovation & Classics is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another  one of Georgia's top teams: Augusta E, who was ranked 17th  at the time (Georgia School for Innovation & Classics was ranked eighth). The Patriots secured  a  24-20 W over the Eagles on Friday.
 M'Isaiah Thompson produced another solid  performance rushing for 153 yards and three  TDs while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. He didn't just play on offense: he also forced one fumble and made 12 total tackles (0.5 for loss).
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: Georgia School for Innovation & Classics was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 257  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 150  rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
 On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Georgia School for Innovation & Classics' defense and their four sacks.  Bryan Woodruff was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up three himself.
Meanwhile,  it was a proper cat-fight when Providence Athletic Club took on Westminster Schools of Augusta last Friday. The Panthers fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of  14-12. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Georgia School for Innovation & Classics will need to focus on slowing down  Jericus Mackey, one of several Providence Athletic Club players who made an impact when they last played. He rushed for 115 yards and one  touchdown on only eight carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 58 yards. Providence Athletic Club also got help from  Evan Watt, who showed off his sure hands for 83  receiving yards.
 Georgia School for Innovation & Classics' win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Providence Athletic Club, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
Friday's   game might be decided on the ground. Georgia School for Innovation & Classics has been unstoppable on the ground this season,  having  averaged 231.6  rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Providence Athletic Club struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 157.7  rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's   contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
 Georgia School for Innovation & Classics took a serious blow against Providence Athletic Club  in their previous meeting  back in November of 2024, falling  42-0.
