Meanwhile, Carroll's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They fell 47-38 to Badin. While losing is never fun, Carroll can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 486th, while Badin is ranked 188th).
This is the second loss in a row for Wilmington and nudges their season record down to 1-5. As for Carroll, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
