Colby had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They were able to grind out a solid win over Osseo-Fairchild, winning 36-22. That result is just more of the same for Colby, who also won the last time these teams played. This was the first game for both teams, giving Colby a 1-0 record and starting Osseo-Fairchild off at 0-1.
Next week, Colby take on Neillsville/Granton at 7:00 PM. As for Osseo-Fairchild, they will face of against Spencer/Columbus.
