After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lafayette, Parkway North was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 33-0 victory over the McCluer North Stars. The win continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Stars: they've now won five in a row.

The victory got Parkway North back to even at 1-1. As for McCluer North, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Parkway North will take on rival Parkway Central at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, McCluer North is set to challenge their familiar foe Parkway West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
