Tonawanda made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,484 from 11,770. The improvement was the result of 41-14 victory over Newfane last week.
The Warriors led Section 6 B - West in scoring this week after putting up 41 points on the Panthers.
Daquan Walker was the best wideout in the league this week as Burgard lost to Pioneer. Walker racked up two receptions for 37 yards. Sean Marshal helped Burgard's passing attack out by catching one ball for 22 yards.
Tadriek Johnson put up the best numbers through the air as Amherst Central fell to Dunkirk. He finished with nine completions for 107 yards and one touchdown. Johnson's favorite target this week was Dion Lewis, who caught two passes for 36 yards.
Bill Schiavitti was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 174 yards on four carries as Lewiston-Porter lost to the Panthers. Teammate Dan Hogan added to the ground attack by rushing for 148 yards.
On the ground, the Lancers' Hogan has rushed for 868 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Marshal. The Burgard star has 31 catches for 572 yards.
