The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for New York School for the Deaf in their matchups with Marie Philip: they've now lost seven in a row.
Ricardo Valle was New York School for the Deaf's leading scorer, having posted three points.
Marie Philip was led to victory by Jeremy Novas and Xavier DeLeon. Novas dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds, while DeLeon scored 20 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 steals. Andrew Riebe was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 8 assists and 6 rebounds.
