Springfield Renaissance put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Ludlow 71-36 at home. Springfield Renaissance has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matchups by 26 points or more this season.
Springfield Renaissance's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zi'yan Wallace, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Maya Ocana-saunders, who scored 15 points along with seven steals.
Springfield Renaissance pushed their record up to 15-0 with that win, which was their 12th straight at home. As for Ludlow, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Springfield Renaissance will head out on the road to take on Southwick Regional at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Ludlow does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
