Meanwhile, Roane County got the win against Fairmont Senior on Saturday by a conclusive 15-7. Considering the Raiders have won nine matches by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Monday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. South Harrison hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .319. However, it's not like Roane County struggles in that department as they've averaged .433. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
South Harrison couldn't quite get it done against Roane County when the teams last played back in April of 2024 as they fell 4-0. Can the Hawks avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
